Permission to View Tutorial Denied??

Does anyone know why I can't access the tutorial for the AgentPress theme? I'm merely trying to view it but receive a message that I don't have permission to do so. Apparently it thinks I'm trying to edit a post or access an admin feature/privileged system?

I've paid good money for this theme and Genesis framework - why can't I get the tutorial for it? That was supposed to be part of the purchase.

Can anyone please help?
