Blog Title Issue...How do I correct this?

Hi,

Right now, I am not using Blog Title in general settings because it conflicts with the Photoshop header image I have set up. My attachment shows this.

I want to use the Blog Title function because I understand that search engines pick this information up. Is there a way for me to code this so that I use blog title, but have it not appear to site visitors :?:
