Links don't work - something's broken!

All of a sudden, nothing seems to be working on my homepage! (Except for the affiliate banner ad at the top)

No matter what link you click on, it stays on the homepage.
I've played around with deactivating the plug-ins to see if that was the problem. That doesn't seem to be it.

I've asked Hostgator to check to see if it's a hosting issue - they tried commenting out my .htaccess file to see if
that was the problem - but it wasn't. They say everything looks fine on their end.

I really haven't done anything new to the site in a while (outside of adding the Ninja Affiliate plugin - which works fine on another Revolution theme blog and which I also deactivated as a test).

If anyone has any other ideas or suggestions, please let me know! I can give you access if you need it.
