All In One SEO plugin or Yoasts SEO

Which plugin has provided better SEO results for WP e-Commerce plugin, All In One SEO plugin or Yoast's SEO?

Is it important for the plugin to create a meta description field in "Edit Product Category" in WP e-Commerce?

I have read that the All In One SEO, integrates fully with WPEC.

Yoasts SEO does not mention that it integrates with WPEC. However I sent them an email asking "Does your WordPress SEO plugin, provide SEO integration for WP e-Commerce sites?"

Yoast Response: "Yes and no, but mostly yes :-)"
