Transaction code not recognised

Hello

I purchased a child theme - Agency + genesis framework and when I am trying to upgrade my account for support, I get an error - "No transaction was found for this transaction number."

I send yesterday a message using the contact page - other issue - but I didn't get an answer so far. Do you know how much it takes until someone verifies this kind of issues?
