Accordion style commenting with Genesis

** This is more for discussion, I'm not looking for a definite solution **

I'm building several sites right now that require an accordion style commenting section beneath each blog post in a blog. This would allow people to look at multiple blog posts and comment directly on the overall blog page without having the comments consume the page.

I know that this is out of the scope in regards to Genesis support and its current functionality. I'm more so wondering if anyone has a good solution to accomplishing this alongside the Genesis framework? Perhaps a WP plugin, script, or method of customizing my child themes???
