Pages not loading and/or "Page Not Found" error

I am getting errors on all my pages when I initially try to open them or click on any internal links to other pages. However, if I refresh the page after I click on a page or post link, it will then open the page. I have deleted all my cache and browser history, etc. and have tried this on 5 other computers with different web browsers, all of them do the same thing. This happens to all pages I have not previously visited after clearing cache, browser history, etc.

All browsers state initially that they cannot connect to the page or it is not found. Safari browser states the error is: "cannot decode raw data".
