CPU IP issues...plugin hell... need help

So my provider. (Rochen) states that I'm some plugin, or who knows is taking up there cpu space at 50% most days, it started 2 weeks ago.... so I'm trying to remove all the plugins, and, update this one, etc, etc, to make sure we fine what is doing this.

questions I'm looking at plugins that are not compatible with the new 3.2.1 version of wp. below is one that is up to 3.01.... do you know of a plugin that excludes pages so they don't show up on the site, if you don't want it to. Or is this feature on the new wp?

this is great when you just want to link a page but not hog the menu space...

Thanks... I'm in plugin hell right now! I might have to go to a dedicated server next, which, i can't afford. sucks.
