Unexplained comments posting on Blog after editing post

Unexplained comments posting on Blog after editing post

Good Afternoon....

There are two recent comments (CEO Note | Live Well. Live by Design!™ on Mission
CEO Note; Live Well. Live by Design!™ on Find Solutions) and I don't know how they came about. I was editing the post after it went live, and after I saved the changes, these comments appeared. Why is this happening and is there a way to eliminate (prevent) the problem in the future short of simply deleting these erroneous comments?
