Hi everyone,
I have a new site on a new dedicated server and if I RDP to the server I can go to http://localhost/wordpress and see the site just fine. But, if I put in http://208.109.120.151/wordpress I get a 404. If I just do http://208.109.120.151/ I get the "It works!" apache page. I'm not sure what I'm not doing correctly to see the site but I'm having trouble with a theme and can't give out the URL to anyone to help because I can't see it myself ... LOL ... Since I don't have my domain DNS setup yet, I thought I could just put in localhost on my apache setup. I'm wondering now if that's the problem. Do I need to put in the IP address of the box or 0.0.0.0? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
