no access to support forum

I am unable to find help through basic screens, it is non-intuitive how to customize pages and insert properties, I entered the forum for support and unable to access tutorials, open discussions or find help in any way. I am finding this frustrating and it wiped out my previuos wordpress default, unimpressive, but functional webpage. Press fix my access issues, send help in any form possible, I need my webpage back up and running as soon as possible. Thank you.
