Ecommerce Plugin for 1000+ Products

Hi,

Please update me on the best ecommerce plugin to use with Studiopress templates. I'm leaning towards http://shopplugin.net/ however premium support costs $199/incident and I don't know how good it is.

I need to design an ecommerce site for a retail gift store.

Please advise what's worked best for you.
