Change Header Height

I would like my custom logo to be 960 x200. It is currently 960x150. How do I increase the height to 200? I have tried to alter the code below but nothing. The custom logo size was created at 960x200.

background: #85ACAC url(images/header.png);
width: 960px;
height: 150px; (when I change to 200px, nothing happens)
color: #FFFFFF;
font-size: 11px;
margin: 0px;
padding: 0px;
overflow: hidden;
}
