Default Creating Simple Form to Send Info to Another Page?
I am not sure if this is the place to ask, but I will give it a shot anyway.

I want to create a simple form on my homepage that asks for the user's first name and last name. When they click the submit button it takes them to a Wordpress page that displays a card with the name they entered on it. I just need to know how to get the submitted text elements onto the next page.

Anyone know a simple way to accomplish this?
