Sidebar Modification

Hey everyone!

I hope everybody is enjoying their new theme, I know I am. I had a quick question, is there a way to change the ad sidebar to 160x600 instead of 120x600 without destroying the layout? Most ad networks are putting ads in the larger 160x600 size, and I can't figure out how to change the sidebar without ruining the total theme layout?
