Getting Support

I am working with a client who has the theme Lifestyle 4.0 and need support. How do I go about getting support? I have purchased themes for other clients, none using this theme and since I inherited this site I don't know how my client came to purchasing the theme. My guess is the last web person bought it in their behalf.
