Hi guys,
I'm in a position to get hired to do web design / web development / SEO work for more than a few local companies, but I'm not good enough (nor do I have the time) to take on all the work. I'm thinking that it might make sense to outsource some or most of the work, but I've never done this before. So... 1. Is this a good idea? Bad idea? 2. What's the best way to go about doing something like this? (outsourcing, that is -- not getting the business) 3. What's the right way to determine pricing, etc? I'd appreciate any tips or advice I can get! :) Thanks in advance... |
