Fabric Theme

Hello, I need help using the Fabric Theme. Seems like this is one of the hardest themes I've gone through...

- How to add 1 portfolio page with different categories/ dropdown menus for this theme?
- How to update header/ footer? Ideally I need bigger space for the header to add the logo, however the custom space is too small and makes the logo looks odd/unbalance. Also, I need to update footer with copyright, etc. Where do I go to update this one?
