Help! A Blank page everywhere!

Hi,

I tried to fix the Chuch Theme Options issue by changing in my theme-options.php this line:

$settings = 'theme_mods_lifestyle_40'; // do not change!

And now, all my website is blank! How can i do to get all my things back?
