Fatal Error

Have WordPress 3.0.4. installed and when I tried to upgrade to 3.2.1. got this message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3981793 bytes) in /home/caseycar/public_html/wp-includes/class-http.php on line 1402

Can you tell me how to fix this please?
