GENESIS wont install right!

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /home/content/r/o/a/roadmaprt/html/wp-content/themes/genesis/lib/classes/sanitization.php on line 9

That is the error im getting when uploading genesis to themes folder. Tried manually and through install themes in wordpress.

I cant believe this is happening right now .. this is my main site, someone please help!
