Need to link to vendor site, option is Mootools or JQuery

Have a vendor website I need to pull in flooring tiles (they are a manufacturer of carpet & flooring) and such that is maintained on their website. They are giving me the option to take either of their scripts that are for Mootools Or Jquery. I don't know either of these but I really am just supposed to just plug them into the head section of the page (Mootools) or Jquery (this looks like the Head section, in Body tag, etc. They have provided the instructions.

Which script language is easiest to and most compatible to just add to a WordPress Genesis theme. One in particular I am building is with Lifestyle and there is the Dynamic Content Gallery that needs to not conflict with anything.
