leverage browser cache

I've run my site through various tools on the web to see why it takes so long to load. It seems like the item that gets flagged as the most critical is "leverage browser cache". I have about 25-30 items that seem to expire after 4 hours. Where exactly do I go to extend those times to say a month. www.tamarajphotography.com Please be fairly specific in your response...I'm new at this.
