Log in error

Hello, my site is legacyescrow.net. Using Genesis 1.6 +, Worpress. 3.2 + and Streamline. I'm unable to log into Wordpress and the following error shows:

Your assistance is appreciated and it would be great if any tips to help avoid this in the future.

Edit: I'm using Streamline 3.0 classic. Currently the errors have been resolved but I'm having a heck of a time using the Blue.css stylesheet. Every time I go to Streamline Options>>and choose the "blue" toggle it will not save it even after I save the change. Nor will it save the homepage "use logo" toggle. Site is effectively useless and is distressing me.
