Options menu not working

I'm experiencing issues where the posts no longer render on the homepage and in the Streamline options menu, toggling the homepage "blog" catgegory to show does nothing. Fortunately, I at least got the company header/logo to show up but everything else is disorganized.

If someone would like to get access in the dashboard to see what can be done, I'd appreciate it. I think that I need to change some code but don't know where to start.
