Looking for a Video Player Recommendation

I am going to be adding a video player widget to a client's website and am curious what some of you have used. I'd love to hear any thoughts and recommendations you may have.

I'd like to build the video widget into the global sidebar of the site. It should display the video with player controls, etc. at the top of the widget. Then, below the video area, I'd like to have a list of the 3-5 most recent videos that the user could click on to play.

I've been thinking about using the JW Player by Longtail Video.
