How to convert audio?

How do we add audio files to our stories using the Revolution theme?
Before we moved to this theme, we were able to use [audio http://media.libsyn.com/media/thenew..._football.mp3] - and it would convert to a player.
Do we need to download a plugin? Or how do we make our audio files usable?
