jazzing up the menu nav bar

Has anyone used/seen a plugin that will allow you to add a short description under a menu item on the nav bar?

Similar to what this site is suggesting?

I've having difficulties with the code (I'm not "coder"), so, before I mess around even more, I thought I'd check to see if anyone has used a plugin like this or has another way to do it?
