Pull All in One SEO Data to Genesis?

I'm asking this here because I don't think it's a theme specific question.

I've just started using Genesis (Magazine) and was planning on using it's built in SEO fields. Then, this morning I realized that my older posts didn't have any SEO data in place because I was previously using the All in One Seo plugin.

Is there a way to pull in the All in One SEO data to the Genesis fields? Thanks a ton for any help you might be able to provide.
