how to remove post meta data

Hi,

I'm using Black Canvas 3.0. How do I remove "Posted by se7li on Saturday, October 31, 2009 · Leave a Comment (Edit)" from the top of my posts and "FILED UNDER YOGA AND VEGETARIANISM · TAGGED WITH About se7li" from the bottom?

I had this fixed before, but it reappeared when I updated WordPress. I haven't been able to figure out how to make the changes a second time.
