Lifestyle 40 Theme - Does it use TimThumb?

We have not been hacked but as a preventative measure I am attempting to upgrade TimThumb.php in my WP blogs.

I've been unable to locate it in Lifestyle 40 theme. Could you confirm that Lifestyle 40 does not use TimThumb?

Alternatively please reply with its location so that I can upgrade it.
