Upgrade to Pro Plus All-Theme Package

When I first joined my joining email mentioned that I could upgrade to the Pro Plus by paying for the difference between that price minus my prior purchase. But I can't find a link or how to on doing that. I have found discount codes at http://www.studiopress.com/support/s...ad.php?t=25234 but that is only for the purchase of an additional theme, and not for Pro Plus.

What is the preferred method to do that upgrade?
