My First Site (Church Theme)

Here's my first real site. It's a pretty stock Church Theme. The colors worked for what I needed. My next will be a little more adventurous. Still having issues with the padding on the bottom. It looks right in Firefox, but not in i.e. Anyone have a suggestion?
