Product Rights?

I couldn't find the answer to my question anywhere so I am asking here.

I have not currently bought a theme from StudioPress but I am cosidering it. But I would like to know what rights do we get if any? If I later decide to sell my site can I include the theme with it or does the purchaser have to pay for the theme also?
