How to embed video and create a video sitemap

HI guys,

I want to embed and host my own videos in my wordpress site.

I have tried a number of plugins to embed the video inside the site however I can not find a way to then create a video sitemap

Do you know of a way to embed my own hosted videos and also create a google video sitemap?
