Support upgrade & repeat user discount details?
I have contacted the relevant support yesterday but have not yet received a response.
Can someone please let me know what the (correct) transaction number was from my purchase order of "StudioPress Premise" (purchased on 02nd of August) so that I can upgrade support on my account? I've used the transaction number as stated on my PayPal receipt but it does not work?
Also, since I have purchased this theme, can someone please let me know how I can receive the 25% repeat-user discount if I were to upgrade to the Pro Plus All-Theme package?
