Default Can I do this? 2 themes for 1 domain? Main site 1 theme, /Blog different theme

Customer wants a different theme for the blog section of his site. So www.companyname.com/blog. And in the "blog" part they want Pixel Happy theme. (Rest of site is in Landscape). Is this even possible? Only way I know of doing this at all would be to setup a subdomain for the blog and install WordPress in there. But then it may be blog.companyname.com.

Thanks for the feedback!
