Licensing question--sell themes created/developed

I am looking for a software solution to developing and creating my own themes that I can sell.

It is unclear to me after looking through the StudioPress site and all the info on Genesis if I can do this. I looked and read the features, FAQ, etc. and even tried searching this forum.

Is there a license I can buy that lets me have unlimited rights to sell themes I create with the Genesis framework?

I assume that I would not be able to re-sell or give away the available 40 turn key designs?
