Spades Poker Theme

I don't know whether this is a template question or a wordpress question so i am putting it here...... i bought the Spades Poker theme quite some while ago which i believe you (Studiopress) may now own ( i bought it from the creators) and have recently started to use it for a new site but i have one question which i need answering not covered on your FAQ and which i cannot find anywhere else.....can you help me?

on my main page at http://gamblemanx.com/ i have a feature box at the top of the page with four compartments (hearts, clubs, diamonds and spades) currently labelled e-gaming poker news sports news and home games.

when i add a post the image that i place in the post does not appear in the feature box on the main page. can you tell me how i can do this please? it may be something i need to add in the custom fields tab (possibly) but i dont know what. i had these images showing up perfectly well last time i used this template but i lost all my files and i can no longer
remember how to do this.i am having problems with pictures that i put in my posts not appearing in the display box at the top of my main page.
