Permalink Structure Change Help

First, let me say, I have never seen a help forum so unhelpful as WordPress. Sorry, had to get that off my chest. Here goes, I changed some of my catagories around and modified my permalink structure to show catagory/post title and needless to say, my 404 page is getting quite a workout. I am wondering is there an easy way of changing this instead of modifying each post? Any help would be appreciated!
