Getting Rid of Title on Pages

Where is the code at that I need to change so that the name of the page is NOT at the top? And what do I change it to? http://weatherwill.com/links/ (I do not want it to say "Links" above the pictures.)

And if you know how to get rid of the part of the dotted line that extends into the right of the page, feel free to let me know. :)
