Strange Issue with WP-Admin using Streamline

Something strange happened today when I attempted to switch from the OFFICE theme to the Streamlilne theme - issues with my WP-Admin panel. I'm not sure how to explain what happened - but will try.

I uploaded the Streamline theme - had the blank page show up when activated - so I deactivated the Breadcrumb and Limit Post plugins. I also removed the category PHP line as advised in the support forum. This allowed the theme to appear.

I uploaded Feature Content Gallery plugin and activated this. I configured the plug in per the support forum customization. The Featured Content Gallery did not work.

At this point I started having issues with the WP-Admin panel. I wish I had taken some screen shots to show you what else was going on. Regardless - strange issues took place. Basically - any time I made a change I was redirected to a blank page. When editing posts - adding adding a custom field, I received a strange red form box that showed the change and asked me to click update or cancel. When I clicked update I'd again be brought to the blank page.

I deactivated EVERY plugin - and I was still having issues with the WP-Admin panel. So I deleted the Streamline theme from my FTP site completly. Reactived the Office theme - and everything works fine once again.

I uploaded the Streamline theme to my FTP one more time - and now it won't show up in the WP-Admin Theme panel at all.

Truly weird - I don't need support really - I just wanted to let you know that something funky is going on with the Streamline theme. Every other Studiopress theme works fine!
