Author Box

I've spent ages on this and can't get an author box to show up.

I followed the advice in the tutorial. I set up the gravatar and wrote some text on my profile. I've enabled the author box on posts and on archives.

I read a tutorial by Brian Gardner that said I could enable the author box on posts. I can't find that option. I am nominated as the author but I have no other options.

What should I do now, please?

Using Genesis plus Prose.
