IE Problems

I am using the StudioPress theme "Core" and the left sidebar is not displaying correctly in IE 7.0 The dropdown menu isn't working either. All works perfectly in other browsers, just not IE... (I know shocker)

It was working fine for a while then out of the blue doesn't display correctly

I am willing to pay someone to help me fix this problem. I have restored all of the stylesheets I altered, upgraded to the latest version of wordpress, scoured posts for code that may be causing the problem. I can't find anything wrong. ANY help anyone can give me would be very much appreciated.
