Desire to Upgrade from Lifestyle 4.0 to Lifestyle Child Theme

A couple years ago I created my clients site with the Lifestyle 4 theme.
I would really like to change to the Lifestyle Child theme. http://www.premierhealthcareplacerville.com
Just what would that take? I can't have his site down at all.
