Weird white line between nav bar and subnav

Weird white line between nav bar and subnav

Hey Guys,

I am getting this weird white line between my navbar and subnav bar. I thought it was the bottom border color of my navbar but i changed it to the proper color and it wont go away.

Any tips on how I can remove that line and fill it in with the darker blue color?
