Pop-Up Window Plugin Suggestion

I would like to add a small pop-up window to my StudioPress website to collect email addresses, but I don't know what company to go with. The last one I tried, and recommended on WordPress, totally messed up my coding. Any suggestions?

What I'm looking for would be:
1. a pop-up window that can be set-up on a delay
2. the pop-up only appears not the home screen
3. customization as far as not having it pop-up every time the same "computer" goes to the site.

Any recommendations would be great!
