Foreground color in Revolution Tech Theme

Foreground color in Revolution Tech Theme

Wondering if someone can help me. I am looking to continue the top color on the homepage to the footer. The tech them has the background color separating the foreground colors to make the columns. However, I would like the color to continue past the last text in each column to the footer so that it does not appear so disjointed. Is there a way to do this?
