Malware Complaints - What Do I DO?!

I've been contacted by multiple visitors to my blog that have complained about getting a Malware notice once they reach the home page.

I've never got a notice. And have scanned my home computer multiple times in the last 24 hours - for both Malware and Viruses. Nothing's come up.

How can I clean my website if it's infected?!?

I'm using the original Church Theme and I believe it's running on Wordpress 2.8

The URL is here: http://www.limousinlive.com (Again, I don't get any sort of warning when I go to it but I've received complaints from numerous people now).

PLEASE HELP!!
