wordpress admin "add new"

Hi people,
Was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction or help with this....im trying to remove this "add new" button, when you click on pages from within the admin....this button shows up and i have no need for it on a clients website.

Can someone point me in the right direction, i have managed to move near enough everything i dont need apart from this.

Any help would be much appreciated.
